Ben Corbridge's Bio:

Ben Corbridge is a graduate from the London School of Economics with proven leadership skills in both the work place and in the sports arena. My recent experience in a Business Development role living away out in the Gulf for a year combined with my previous experience running my own business in the UK has helped me hone my customer focus, truly emphasising the need to lead from the front and to put the customer first.Holding down a full time job whilst studying remotely for my degree has helped streamline my time management and taught me to find and focus on the important core issues, not to get lost in the details or lose sight of the end goal. Since graduating I have also completed my Advanced Driving qualifications and am studying for my Prince 2; self-development is crucial to staying ahead of the competition.In sport I have both lead teams to victory and held them together in defeat, learning more recently to put those skills to use in teaching; culminating in my coaching the Dubai U18 National Fencing Squad last year.The charity I co-founded has consulted with senior government ministers, the Defence Department and the major national veterans’ charities to help evolve the way we are working with returning servicemen. Recently being elected by my peers to a national role within a significant political group the UK, also demonstrates my ability to inspire my peers with my ideas and capabilities.
